A Forum set up to keep tourism businesses up to date with the latest developments in the industry takes place this November.

Denbighshire County Council’s Tourism Team will be providing an update on planned activities to promote the region. The event offers a great opportunity for delegates to network and share their experiences of running businesses in the county.

The event takes place on Wednesday, 9 November at the Oriel House, St Asaph. Registration from 10.30am. The forum starts at 11am.

Peter McDermott, Tourism Manager says, “we will be discussing the priorities for Denbighshire’s next Destination Management Plan therefore we would encourage as many tourism businesses to attend as possible to ensure the Plan encompasses the views of the sector over the next 3 years. The forum is also a great way to meet like-minded people and find out more about getting involved in promoting the area to visitors.”

Visit Wales will also be holding a regional engagement workshop on 9 November at the Oriel House, St Asaph between 2pm and 4pm on the Year of Legends 2017 – this event is open to tourism businesses from Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham.
