The season of goodwill will soon be upon us and for some of us it can be a challenging with more and more pressure from the media to get everything perfect for the big day.

So how about putting less of the To do into Christmas and more of the Ta da!

There is nothing wrong with cutting corners or delegating tasks, and only do the things which are important to you. So if that means initiating a no present truce or everyone bringing  a dish if you are hosting, so be it, most people would welcome this approach. It’s been a very different year so you will not be held to account for hosting a slightly different Christmas.

So whilst you might be falling over yourself to ensure everyone you love is having a great Christmas don’t forget to think about your own well-being this festive season.

Here are some ideas to get you started locally, to ensure you are on your way to a happier Christmas.
