This week we highlight another Denbighshire tourism business which has been keeping a positive and active web and social media presence during lockdown.
Jamie and Sheena became owners of Cae Einion in Corwen five years ago, to fulfil a lifetime ambition of finding a place in the country to raise their children, live off the land and share their love of the outdoors with others.

The Forge was born, and over the years the offer has grown to include staying in Bluebell Corner in a vintage gypsy caravan or luxury bell tents. They also offer packages where you can book activities from bushcraft to wellbeing retreats
They are taking bookings as of July but are being flexible, offering refunds and booking changes free of charge.
During lockdown they have been actively blogging about the fascinating history of the recently acquired gypsy caravan and how to grow your own vegetables. Their inspiring Instagram feed is appealing to locals as well as visitors. The most heart-warming is their latest offering about how nature is thriving in the Forge during lockdown or ‘rewilding’ as it is now known. From hedgehogs in the hedgerows to flourishing bluebells, this down time seems to have burst into life in this corner of Corwen.

In their own words however they ‘remain upbeat’ but are missing their guests so will ‘ focus on making The Forge even more special when they are eventually able to open again.’
