Tyddyn Llan, Llandrillo
Wales has 7 Michelin starred restaurants and we are very lucky to have one of them in North East Wales. Tyddyn Llan wouldn’t be what you were thinking a Michelin star restaurant looks like, with it being at the edge of a rural village of Llandrillo. However this only adds to the beauty and serenity of the restaurant and you can see why the Duke of Westminster used it once as a shooting lodge. A warm welcome is waiting for you at Tyddyn Llan and also a cosy atmosphere (perfect for winter nights!). Staying as true to locally sourced food as possible the Michelin starred restaurant makes sure that their food can be traced to Wales so that you can be sure that you have had a true taste of Wales on your visit.

With a warm atmosphere and welcoming staff this is the perfect food place to experience the best in Welsh hospitality. The food ranges from some classic British dishes but with a slight twist that makes the food more intriguing and unique, and don’t be afraid to return as you will be greeted with a different menu. With the food being incredible value for money this compact 16th century restaurant is a must visit when you are travelling through Denbighshire and with the restaurant being listed in the Michelin guide again for 2019 and winning the Best Restaurant of North Wales for 2018….it’s not just us who thinks it is a fantastic fine-dining experience.
