The Clwydian Range Food and Drink Group has represented small, independent food and drink producers and the hospitality sector in North East Wales for over 10 years.
The members of the Group are dedicated to highlighting what great producers, retailers, cafes and restaurants there are in the area. And, especially in 2020 there is a notable increase in interest from customers about whether food and drink products are local or if the menu has any locally produced ingredients.
The great thing about this competition is it showcases the products, provides vouchers to visit venues and customers can see for themselves that all the hard work during the Covid19 crisis to keep going and ‘keep it local’ is not in vain.
